ES ROBBINS chair mats have a Limited Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty* when the chair mat is used for the application specified. The warranty is void if metal casters are used, if furniture is placed directly on the chair mat, if a cleated carpet chair mat is used on a hard floor surface, or if the incorrect chair mat (i.e., too thin) is used on carpet. The warranty is also void if any party other than ES ROBBINS cuts the chair mat to a custom size.
